The great sailor reads the winds and masterfully navigates the currents, enjoying the thrill of the ride, knowing that at some point stillness will surround him and inner peace will abound. Everything in life is through the Law of Cause and Effect, periodicity is fundamental to our harmonizing with the rhythm of our lives.
